Em ambientes onde o a\u00e7o carbono \u00e9 insuficiente devido a desafios t\u00e9cnicos, operacionais ou econ\u00f4micos, os CRAs oferecem uma alternativa confi\u00e1vel. Os riscos de corros\u00e3o s\u00e3o particularmente significativos na presen\u00e7a de \u00e1cido carb\u00f4nico (formado a partir de CO\u2082 dissolvido) e sulfeto de hidrog\u00eanio (H\u2082S), que criam cen\u00e1rios complexos de sele\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 tr\u00eas tipos comuns de tubos submarinos de CRA: (i) tubos de CRA s\u00f3lidos, (ii) tubos revestidos de CRA (ligados metalurgicamente) e (iii) tubos revestidos mecanicamente de CRA (CRA-MLP). Entre esses, o CRA-MLP \u00e9 geralmente a op\u00e7\u00e3o mais econ\u00f4mica.<\/p>\n<p>Ele tem sido amplamente utilizado no setor de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas, demonstrando confiabilidade e desempenho comprovados. Os MLPs combinam a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o de um revestimento de CRA com a resist\u00eancia estrutural de um suporte de a\u00e7o carbono, com o apoio de mais de 40 anos de sucesso comprovado no setor de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s. Os materiais de revestimento mais comuns incluem o Tipo 316L (UNS S31603), a Liga 825 (UNS N08825) e a Liga 625 (UNS N06625).<\/p>\n<p>Para os tubos de 32 polegadas testados nesse programa, o revestimento 825 (UNS N08825) foi escolhido por sua excepcional resist\u00eancia a CO\u2082, H\u2082S e cloretos. O suporte de a\u00e7o carbono era um tubo API 5L X60 de 22,23 mm de espessura, garantindo um suporte estrutural robusto. Com base na conquista de um registro de 24 polegadas com o projeto Idoho da Exxon na Nig\u00e9ria, esse programa representa um marco significativo para a Cladtek, demonstrando sua capacidade de dimensionar a tecnologia MLP para di\u00e2metros maiores.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo avalia m\u00e9tricas cr\u00edticas de desempenho, incluindo limites de enrugamento durante a flex\u00e3o e a efic\u00e1cia do hidroteste. Os resultados confirmam a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dos tubos revestidos com CRA de 32 polegadas para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es offshore e submarinas, incluindo captura, utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e armazenamento de carbono (CCUS), solidificando ainda mais seu papel como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o transformadora para a moderna infraestrutura de dutos.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.5;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"30px\">Processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de tubos revestidos mecanicamente<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">Os tubos com revestimento mec\u00e2nico (MLPs) integram a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o de um revestimento de CRA com a resist\u00eancia de um tubo externo de a\u00e7o carbono. O processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a com a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do revestimento de CRA, normalmente feito de materiais como 825 ou 316L, e sua inser\u00e7\u00e3o cuidadosa no tubo de a\u00e7o carbono (Figura 1).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, o tubo composto passa por uma expans\u00e3o hidr\u00e1ulica. Durante essa etapa, o a\u00e7o carbono permanece el\u00e1stico enquanto o revestimento de CRA se deforma plasticamente. Ao liberar a press\u00e3o hidr\u00e1ulica, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e1stica do a\u00e7o carbono comprime o revestimento, formando uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica segura.<\/p>\n<p>Para aumentar a durabilidade, uma sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o de solda resistente \u00e0 corros\u00e3o \u00e9 aplicada \u00e0s extremidades do tubo, estendendo a camada de CRA e garantindo prote\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua contra a corros\u00e3o nas juntas. Essa etapa minimiza os riscos relacionados \u00e0s juntas e aumenta a confiabilidade a longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p>Os MLPs s\u00e3o eficientes, exigindo muito menos material de CRA do que os tubos de CRA revestidos ou de CRA s\u00f3lido, reduzindo assim os custos. Al\u00e9m disso, os prazos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o mais curtos tornam os MLPs ideais para projetos com cronogramas apertados. Processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.5;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"30px\">Sustentabilidade: Tubos revestidos com CRA vs. Tubos revestidos com CRA<\/h3>\n<p>Os tubos revestidos com CRA oferecem vantagens ambientais significativas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos tubos revestidos com CRA, posicionando-os como uma op\u00e7\u00e3o mais sustent\u00e1vel. O processo de liga\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica usado nos tubos revestidos com CRA elimina a necessidade de liga\u00e7\u00e3o metal\u00fargica de alta temperatura, que consome muita energia, reduzindo significativamente o consumo de energia e as emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, os tubos revestidos com CRA alcan\u00e7am a mesma resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e usam consideravelmente menos material de CRA, o que reduz a pegada de carbono geral em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os tubos revestidos com CRA.<\/p>\n<p>Em termos de reciclabilidade, os tubos revestidos com CRA s\u00e3o excelentes. A liga\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica permite a separa\u00e7\u00e3o direta do revestimento de CRA do suporte de a\u00e7o carbono no final de sua vida \u00fatil, permitindo que ambos os materiais sejam reciclados independentemente. Por outro lado, a liga\u00e7\u00e3o metal\u00fargica nos tubos revestidos com CRA dificulta a separa\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo a efici\u00eancia da reciclagem e aumentando os custos de processamento.<\/p>\n<p>Esses recursos tornam os tubos revestidos com CRA mais eficientes em termos de energia na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e mais adequados para pr\u00e1ticas de gerenciamento de materiais sustent\u00e1veis, apoiando os esfor\u00e7os globais para reduzir o desperd\u00edcio e promover uma economia circular.<\/p>\n<h3>Vis\u00e3o geral e resultados dos testes<\/h3>\n<p>Os tubos eram se\u00e7\u00f5es de 12 metros de a\u00e7o carbono API X60 com espessura de parede de 22,23 mm e revestimentos CRA de 2,5 mm ou 4,0 mm. Uma solda de circunfer\u00eancia no ponto m\u00e9dio de cada corda reproduziu cen\u00e1rios de instala\u00e7\u00e3o de S-lay do mundo real.<\/p>\n<h3>Simula\u00e7\u00f5es de revestimento e efeitos t\u00e9rmicos<\/h3>\n<p>As simula\u00e7\u00f5es de revestimento, realizadas a 240\u00b0C \u00b1 10\u00b0C, reproduziram os ciclos t\u00e9rmicos t\u00edpicos das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de revestimento no p\u00e1tio antes de os tubos serem enviados para o mar, conforme mostrado na Figura 2. Essas simula\u00e7\u00f5es reduziram permanentemente a for\u00e7a de ader\u00eancia entre o revestimento e o a\u00e7o carbono.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, foi demonstrado que o hidroteste restaura parcialmente a for\u00e7a de preens\u00e3o, garantindo a integridade mec\u00e2nica sob press\u00f5es operacionais. Essa etapa permitiu uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o realista do desempenho mec\u00e2nico ap\u00f3s o revestimento e o hidroteste. Cada ciclo de flex\u00e3o envolvia carregar o tubo at\u00e9 uma tens\u00e3o-alvo e, em seguida, vir\u00e1-lo de forma que a se\u00e7\u00e3o anteriormente na posi\u00e7\u00e3o das 6 horas fosse girada para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o das 12 horas e vice-versa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: 400; color: var(--awb-color6);\" data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Montserrat\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"400\">Esse processo foi repetido por tr\u00eas ciclos completos (um ciclo completo que compreende duas etapas de carregamento, com seis semiciclos no total). Essa abordagem avaliou o desempenho mec\u00e2nico dos tubos revestidos com CRA de 32 polegadas em cen\u00e1rios realistas de instala\u00e7\u00e3o\/opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: 400; color: var(--awb-color6);\" data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Montserrat\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"400\">Medidores de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o (SG) e transdutores de deslocamento (WD), conforme mostrado na Figura 4, foram posicionados perto de \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas, como soldas circulares e pontos triplos, para monitorar a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o e o deslocamento. Os dados tamb\u00e9m enfatizam a necessidade de considerar cuidadosamente os limites de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o ao selecionar as configura\u00e7\u00f5es de tubos para ambientes operacionais espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<h3>Desafios de soldagem Hi\/Lo em tubos revestidos com CRA versus tubos revestidos com CRA<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: var(--awb-color6); font-size: 16px; font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: 400;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\" data-fusion-google-font=\"Montserrat\" data-fusion-google-variant=\"400\">Os desafios do alinhamento Hi\/Lo durante a soldagem afetam significativamente o desempenho mec\u00e2nico e a confiabilidade das juntas soldadas. Isso \u00e9 especialmente cr\u00edtico para tubos revestidos com CRA e tubos revestidos com CRA de grande di\u00e2metro.
