Esse desenvolvimento, por si s\u00f3, redefiniu os padr\u00f5es do setor e ampliou as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es do MLP \u2013 posicionando a Cladtek como l\u00edder t\u00e9cnico nessa tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro projeto MLP da Cladtek foi entregue em 2004 para Santos, na Austr\u00e1lia, no desenvolvimento offshore de Mutineer-Exeter. O escopo do projeto envolveu o fornecimento de 11 quil\u00f4metros de tubos para instala\u00e7\u00e3o a uma profundidade de 300 metros \u2013 um desafio t\u00e9cnico significativo para a ind\u00fastria naquela \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>Este projeto marcou o in\u00edcio da Cladtek <a href=\"https:\/\/cladtek.com\/pt\/publicacoes\/evolucao-mlp-novos-padroes-dutos-resistentes-corrosao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">jornada inovadora em tecnologia MLP<\/a>O primeiro projeto de MLP da Cladtek foi entregue em 2004 para a Santos, na Austr\u00e1lia, no desenvolvimento offshore Mutineer-Exeter. Enquanto os m\u00e9todos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o dos concorrentes n\u00e3o conseguiam acomodar o tubo HFW para MLPs, o processo da Cladtek tornou isso poss\u00edvel \u2013 ampliando a gama de op\u00e7\u00f5es de tubos dispon\u00edveis para os clientes em futuros projetos.<\/p>\n<p>Essa capacidade adv\u00e9m da sequ\u00eancia de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o da Cladtek, especialmente projetada para manter o tubo de revestimento dentro de sua faixa el\u00e1stica, preservando suas dimens\u00f5es originais e propriedades mec\u00e2nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Isso significa que qualquer tipo de tubo de suporte pode ser utilizado, desde que atenda \u00e0s normas API5L \/ API5LD. Para os clientes, isso resulta em maior flexibilidade de fornecimento, menores custos de capital e melhoria da qualidade do produto. Notavelmente, o gasoduto Mutineer-Exeter, agora marcado para desativa\u00e7\u00e3o, completou sua vida \u00fatil de projeto sem um \u00fanico problema de integridade relatado.<\/p>\n<p>Esse projeto abriu caminho para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida de tubos HFW na tecnologia MLP. O tubo HFW \u00e9 produzido a partir da conforma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma tira de a\u00e7o em formato tubular e da soldagem da costura longitudinal com corrente el\u00e9trica de alta frequ\u00eancia, sem adi\u00e7\u00e3o de metal de enchimento. Esse m\u00e9todo garante espessura de parede consistente, toler\u00e2ncias dimensionais precisas e uma superf\u00edcie interna lisa \u2013 tornando-o ideal para MLPs de engenharia de precis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cMLPs com tubo de base HFW t\u00eam sido aplicados em outros projetos desde ent\u00e3o, demonstrando ainda mais a versatilidade e confiabilidade da solu\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o mais econ\u00f4mica, pois reduz o custo do tubo e elimina a necessidade de previs\u00e3o de corros\u00e3o interna\u201d, explicou o Dr. Ahmed Reda, Gerente de Novas Tecnologias &amp; Especialista em Projeto e Teste de Dutos.<\/i> explicou o Dr. Ahmed Reda, Gerente de Novas Tecnologias e Especialista em Projeto e Teste de Dutos.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.5;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"30px\">Engenharia do Menor MLP de Di\u00e2metro do Mundo<\/h3>\n<p>Com base em seu sucesso, a Cladtek se prop\u00f4s a enfrentar um dos maiores desafios t\u00e9cnicos da ind\u00fastria \u2013 a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de MLPs de pequeno di\u00e2metro. Em 2005, a Cladtek forneceu quase 90 quil\u00f4metros de tubos de 4 polegadas para o Projeto de Coleta de G\u00e1s de Sumatra do Sul da Pertamina, na Indon\u00e9sia. At\u00e9 hoje, este continua sendo o MLP de menor di\u00e2metro j\u00e1 produzido pela empresa.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cA linha permanece em opera\u00e7\u00e3o desde ent\u00e3o, com os tubos mantendo a integridade estrutural e a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00ednuas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o serve como caso de refer\u00eancia para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de longo prazo de MLPs de pequeno di\u00e2metro\u201d, confirmou Reda.<\/i> Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de MLPs de pequeno di\u00e2metro, as ferramentas precisam ser miniaturizadas para acessar o di\u00e2metro interno \u2013 uma tarefa que exige engenharia altamente precisa e robusta. Em 2011, a empresa forneceu um MLP sem costura de 22 polegadas, sob medida, para o desenvolvimento Liwan da Husky Energy, offshore da China, marcando sua primeira aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em um duto de grande di\u00e2metro.<\/p>\n<p>Os MLPs de maior di\u00e2metro s\u00e3o fundamentais para opera\u00e7\u00f5es em \u00e1guas profundas, pois suportam maiores taxas de fluxo, reduzem o n\u00famero de linhas de escoamento e permitem tiebacks mais longos. Isso aumenta a efici\u00eancia em sistemas de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s e em ambientes ricos em CO\u2082.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto destaca a capacidade da Cladtek de projetar e fornecer MLPs que equilibram efici\u00eancia, capacidade e durabilidade nos ambientes offshore mais exigentes.<\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, a Cladtek forneceu um MLP de 24 polegadas para a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do duto CRA Idoho BP\u2013QIT da ExxonMobil, na Nig\u00e9ria \u2013 ainda hoje o maior MLP em opera\u00e7\u00e3o no mundo.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cEntregar o primeiro MLP de 24 polegadas do mundo \u00e9 uma demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o clara da capacidade da Cladtek de transformar inova\u00e7\u00e3o em valor real. Foram fornecidos quase 100 quil\u00f4metros de MLP de 6 e 8 polegadas para o projeto, conectando 13 po\u00e7os no gigantesco reservat\u00f3rio do pr\u00e9-sal Libra da Petrobras. Instalado a 2.100 metros de profundidade em configura\u00e7\u00e3o steel lazy wave riser, esse marco representou o riser de MLP mais profundo j\u00e1 instalado no mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Tradicionalmente, risers flex\u00edveis dominaram os projetos em \u00e1guas profundas, apesar dos altos custos e taxas de falha. A Cladtek demonstrou que risers r\u00edgidos em MLP poderiam oferecer uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais dur\u00e1vel e econ\u00f4mica sem comprometer a seguran\u00e7a ou o desempenho. Para isso, a empresa introduziu melhorias no design das extremidades dos tubos, refor\u00e7o adicional de CRA em \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas e testes completos em escala real para validar o desempenho durante a instala\u00e7\u00e3o por reel-lay.<\/p>\n<p>O Mero-1 tamb\u00e9m marcou a expans\u00e3o da Cladtek para o Brasil com uma nova base de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o cresceu de 60 para mais de 600 colaboradores, sendo 99% brasileiros. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a alternativa padr\u00e3o HRB, o MLP de 32 polegadas oferece benef\u00edcios comerciais significativos, al\u00e9m de vantagens t\u00e9cnicas e de instala\u00e7\u00e3o devido \u00e0s toler\u00e2ncias de extremidade mais rigorosas e consistentes.<\/p>\n<p>Com uma vers\u00e3o de 36 polegadas j\u00e1 desenvolvida e testada internamente, esses MLPs de grande di\u00e2metro est\u00e3o prontos para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es futuras de alta demanda.<\/p>\n<p>A Cladtek tamb\u00e9m ajuda a moldar o futuro da tecnologia MLP por meio de Programas de Ind\u00fastria Conjunta (JIP) \u2014 colabora\u00e7\u00f5es de P&amp;D entre v\u00e1rias empresas que transformam dados de testes compartilhados em m\u00e9todos pr\u00e1ticos de projeto e, em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, em normas atualizadas. Na iniciativa de quatro fases da DNV, a Cladtek forneceu materiais e resultados de testes em escala real usados para validar as f\u00f3rmulas de projeto do padr\u00e3o DNV-ST-F101.<\/p>\n<p>Mais recentemente, a Cladtek tamb\u00e9m contribuiu para um JIP liderado pela TWI que apresentou os avan\u00e7os mais recentes e as melhores pr\u00e1ticas atuais em tubos revestidos mecanicamente.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, a Cladtek mant\u00e9m forte compromisso em desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es MLP para atender \u00e0s necessidades em evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria por meio de rigorosos testes internos. Comissionado j\u00e1 em nosso primeiro projeto, nosso equipamento de testes em escala real vem sendo continuamente aprimorado para reproduzir condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de instala\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o.
