Por Cladtek Published On: abril 17th, 2026

Cladtek has achieved Great Place to Work Certification across its operations in Brazil, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia.

Brazil has renewed its certification, reflecting sustained employee engagement and consistency in workplace experience. Indonesia and Saudi Arabia have been certified for the first time, extending recognition across our key operating regions.

The certification is based on employee feedback and an independent assessment of workplace practices, including trust, collaboration, and employee experience.

Lee Wilson, Cladtek’s Group CEO said “Achieving certification across multiple regions reflects the standards we expect across our organisation. As we grow globally, our focus is on developing our people and local talent, and building an inclusive workplace culture that supports performance, accountability, and long-term growth.”

Workplace Culture Transformation

Workplace culture at Cladtek is shaped by collaboration, open communication, and shared accountability. With teams operating in different environments, alignment and connection remain priorities.

Structured development programmes and open communication support the employee experience, with leadership engagement focused on people development. Efforts also focus on clear pathways and consistent feedback across the organisation.

Luciana Caldas, Cladtek’s Group HR Director saidThe certification reflects employee feedback and an independent assessment of organisational practices, based on key pillars such as trust, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Advancing Diversity Across the Energy Industry

Across our global operations, we continue to advance diversity in the energy industry. In a sector where inclusion supports safety, innovation, and operational performance, building a more balanced workforce remains a priority.

Women represent approximately 30% of our global workforce and 25% of leadership roles. These figures are above typical industry benchmarks and reflect a structured approach to developing inclusive, high-performing teams.

In Brazil, programmes such as the Apprenticeship Programme, with 41% female participation, and Cladtek Pulse, focused on technical and leadership development for women engineers, are strengthening a more diverse talent pipeline.

We continue to scale these initiatives globally while working with partners to support broader industry progress. Strengthening diversity remains linked to building safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across the energy sector.
