Induction Bending

Our induction bending services offer precise bends at any angle up to 180°, the integration of multiple bends in a single piece, and custom configurations within a single bend. This flexibility allows designers to optimize layouts while minimizing weld requirements.

For CRA-clad bends, the bending process is performed after cladding straight pipes, ensuring both quality and cost-effectiveness.

Cladtek’s in-house API 6A-certified furnaces and automated handling systems provide comprehensive heat treatment services, including normalizing, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), quenching, tempering, and annealing.

  • Size: 4” to 36”

  • Wall Thickness: Up to 75 mm

  • Bend Radius: Max 7500 mm
