Through structured development programs, the Academy enhances workforce competency, reinforcing Cladtek’s reputation for high-quality, reliable manufacturing.
As part of our commitment to industry growth, the Academy plays a key role in developing future talent through school and community programs, contributing to a sustainable and skilled workforce. We collaborate with educational institutions to provide apprenticeship programs, professional qualifications, and process improvement training. Looking ahead, we aim to offer external certification programs for the Welding & Additive Manufacturing industries, supporting broader industry needs.
Spanning Indonesia, Brazil, and Saudi Arabia, the Academy partners with leading educational institutions to develop industry-ready talent — building a future workforce that is technically skilled, diverse, and ready to meet the demands of a global industry.

Pulse Trainee Program
Pulse is Cladtek’s accelerated trainee program, developing fresh graduates into future specialists across engineering, operations, and strategic functions. Our first cohort welcomed eight female fresh-graduates in Brazil, reflecting our commitment to diversity in technical careers. Through structured mentoring, hands-on projects, and bi-monthly coaching, trainees are equipped with the skills and experience to grow into expert, engineer, and specialist roles within the organisation.

Diversity & Inclusion
In partnership with Firjan-SENAI, Cladtek delivered a technical training program for individuals with disabilities (PwDs), aligned with our real operational processes. Alongside technical education in mechanical and electromechanical processes, participants received behavioural training and cultural integration support — creating genuine pathways into industry.
