iN-Shield is Cladtek’s version of World Class Manufacture (WCM), a global environment of best practices in order to leverage performance, Built in Quality (BiQ), and reduce costs.
iN-Shield is based on the Lean Manufacturing methodology and improves the synergy between the key areas of the entire organization in addition to giving the true direction to achieve Gold standards.
