Cladtek provides comprehensive testing services to evaluate pipeline material performance under simulated installation and in-service conditions, ensuring reliable results in a confidential, independent setting.

Services include:

  • 2 & 4 Point Bend Testing: Including simulated bend tests of thermal insulation coatings for pipelines in line with ISO 12736 (2014).

  • Reel Lay Simulation: Including bending and straightening cycles (formers available to suit common carousel diameters).

  • High-Frequency Full-Scale Fatigue Testing: Conducted by a qualified third party, this testing is essential for pipelines in dynamic service, such as risers used in deepwater applications.

  • S-Lay and J-Lay Bending Simulations

  • Thermal Cycle Fatigue Loading

  • Lateral Buckling Test
