Strengthening Workforce Readiness at SMK MHS Batam
As part of the Cladtek Academy workforce readiness programme, Cladtek Academy partnered with the HSE Operations Department to deliver a guest lecture at SMK MHS Batam on 23 October 2024.
During the session, Zulheriyanto, Senior HSE Operations Manager at Cladtek, shared practical insights on Corporate Regulations and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). He addressed 12th-grade students and explained how safety culture, regulatory compliance, and risk awareness apply in real industrial environments.
As a result, students gained early exposure to workplace expectations and safety responsibilities. Moreover, the session helped bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
Building Employability Skills at SMKN 1 Batam
Cladtek Academy continued its engagement on 25 October 2024 with a guest lecture at SMKN 1 Batam. This session focused on Employability, with a sub-theme on Collaboration in the Workplace for Shared Success.
Adhi Setiawan, Group Human Resources Business Partner at Cladtek, highlighted the importance of teamwork, communication, and accountability. In addition, he explained how collaboration supports long-term career growth and organisational performance.
Through this session, students learned how interpersonal skills complement technical knowledge. Therefore, they gained a clearer understanding of what employers expect in modern industrial environments.
