Cladtek Hosts Indonesian Nuclear Polytechnic Delegation to Boost Graduate Skills

Batam, 24 October 2024 – Cladtek hosted a delegation from Indonesia’s Nuclear Technology Polytechnic in a bid to strengthen ties between industry and higher education, with the shared goal of enhancing graduate competencies.

The visit sought to align graduate skill sets with industry requirements and explore collaborative opportunities for developing a curriculum that reflects current industrial standards.

In support of this initiative, Cladtek Academy engaged multiple departments, including Human Resources, Maintenance, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), to offer the Polytechnic team practical insights into industry-specific needs. Discussions spanned a range of essential competencies, particularly within manufacturing technology, occupational safety, and inspection and maintenance practices.

Cladtek remains optimistic that this partnership with Indonesia’s Nuclear Technology Polytechnic marks a significant step towards raising the quality of vocational education in Indonesia. Through cross-departmental collaboration, the objective is to create a curriculum that not only meets industry demands but also equips graduates with the expertise needed to thrive in an evolving job market.
